Right of withdrawal
We strive to deliver products that make you happy and that you enjoy. If this should not be the case, we would love to hear from you. If you decide to return any items from your order, please send us an e-mail (info@toftrinkets.com) so we can expect your package.
You can return items to us by post within 25 days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note that you are responsible for any fees associated with the package return. If you decide to return the whole order you will be refunded the whole amount for the product you have purchased including originally payed shipping costs. If you decide to return part of an order, only the amount for those products will be refunded, and not the originally payed shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used to place the order. Refunds are issued once the package has been received back at our studio.
Please specify your order number by writing it in your e-mail and directly onto the parcel you ship your order back in.
Damage or wrong order
Should your items arrive damaged or a mistake was made with your order, please get in touch at info@toftrinkets.com. Please include the order number and photo’s of the product(s) in order for us to give replacements or refunds (minus the shipping fee).
